  "We like to keep our creatives in a cage near the coffee room. We reward them with Kale chips and Instagram photos when they do a good job. We'd let them out to play with other creatives, but they often wander off and spray paint or scribble on walls. We've considered GPS tagging and tracking, but the collars are pricey and the signal gets very weak in Williamsburg."
