^ Too right about clients not giving a toss about the latest online collaboration toy your shop is using.
At one agency in which I worked, it was actually the other way round: most of our major clients had this sort of in-house feedback web app of their own that _we_ would have to use. So you can imagine trying to integrate four or five of these into your daily workflow. Fuckin' headache.
