    ^^^ you will need to have a dedicated server to run the media server first and a licence for adobe media server (@ around $5k for pro) or a decent sys admin or a good knowledge of linux to configure an open source alternative like red5.

    fortunately, there are loads of hosted video services for this sort of thing... amazon web services do adobe media server licences for $5p/m + an hourly charge... (but again, it's reasonably difficult to configure and may not be suitable for low usage.) There are also dedicated media hosting services out there too for doing exactly the kind of thing you're after (often used for video testimonials) again your probably talking > $30p/m
