  personally a fan of Café Candelabro for drinks then round the corner to Armazem do Cha,
  also check out the 'galleries' I cant' remember any of the names of any of the bars, I'll ask my mrs.

  Just remeber that the Portuguese do it late style, the party doesn't start until at least 2am.
