  If only twenty-four per cent of rape reports lead to an arrest, there's either something wrong with humanity or the judicial system.
  Is this thread to determine whether people can ever apologise for raping someone, or to mock those who have come up with pathetic excuses? The 'boys will be boys' one is actually sickening, as if rape itself isn't sickening enough.
