Ciao Yovkov,
I own both and recently started using arduino,
the rasberry is a computer so you can load what you want on the sd and let the raspberry do the rest,
Arduino on the other hand is pretty fascinating, the learning curve isn't that hard as long as you're not afraid to burn some components.
both have a pretty good user base so you'll find everything you need.the starter kit is pretty decent, it will get you through all the examples, then you'll start going nut like me, tearing stuff up and looking for the perfect component,
