Wacom since 99 or so.
Nothing like it.
The intuos 5 is pretty great. Flat, compact, cords can be stripped of for when lugging it around.
The touch part I don't care for. Rubbish.But I second that robotic looking mouse on the previous page if you want to go mouse. I use it for that occasional gaming session. No complaints. It's very, very customizable.
The name of it is R.A.T.9.
Oppose to what some comments read on last page it doesn't "come apart" :)
It's just shown there with the adjustable parts taken completely off. And with the spare parts next to it as well.
You get a set of weights and finishes with it. All of those making it fit pretty much any hand bar from those with gigantism. For your reference:
