i think you're gonna have to accept that what the world considers trap is what white people consider trap and there's really nothing you can do about it. just like brostep is still considered dubstep. most folks outside of say, georgia, aren't going to know the difference and will accept its influence as the real thing. nothing stays pure anymore in music.
