I was there many years ago, but only for 1 day on my way to India... I remember it being very misty and foggy in the morning, hot and humid but not totally oppressively so, try to see the early morning mist if you can, it was very beautiful seeing the trees and houses come into view slowly, very cinematic... and of course, there's ZERO tolerance for illegal substances, you probably already know that....
