    I have nothing further to say to you, georges - you purposefully twist my question into an apparent racial slur when, if you know me as well as you imply you do, you know I wouldn't make.

    i'd love for there to be a better model than spending gazillions on weapons, but we're not quite there yet. We're getting there (models such as EU, ASEAN, etc), but we'll still need these shared megaprojects to bind economies and therefore peoples together.
