To put things in perspective:
• Russian meteor blast - 500 kilotons, 1,000 injured
• Hiroshima nuclear blast - 16 kilotons, 90,000-166,000 died
• Nagasaki nuclear blast - 21 kilotons, 40,000 died- Russians are RUDE, my friendOBBTKN
- yep, but the blast was a few kilometers in the atmosphere, not on ground levelelektro
- i dont think nukes hit the ground, , they found them more effective blowing up in the air, I could be wrong for those 2 instances thoughmoldero
- A few hundred meters in the air, over a densely populated area made of matchsticks.Pupsipu
- Still quite a difference between them.animatedgif
- According to the delay 'til audible shockwave, the meteor was at least 20km in the air at the time it vaporised.detritus
- (I think it was even as much as 40km up)detritus
