    I wonder how much of his manifesto was true. Personally, I think he's probably telling the truth about the level of corruption, racism and violence in the police force. All he wanted was to clear his name and get an apology from the LAPD and they shut him down. Yeah, he cracked and went all rogue, but in his own words, it was his last resort.

    Interestingly, before the whole cabin thing went down, the LAPD was already hard at work denying all of Dorner's claims. This all makes me sad because I have a feeling that his goal of ridding the force of bad practices isn't going to make a lasting change. His name will never be cleared and the LAPD will continue doing what they do. I also wouldn't be surprised if they used their resources to frame the situation to their liking, using faked documents and such to make it look like he had no reason to be upset in the first place.
