I live in a town of 60k people (Flagstaff, AZ) and we've got 5 breweries. I would venture to say our brewery to population ratio is off the charts! But in terms of beer quality, we have one that is doing really interesting stuff. It's called Wanderlust Brewing Co.
Other than that Bell's Brewery out of Michigan is one of my favorites. They've got limited distribution at the moment, but we're lucky enough to get it here in AZ!
