yes. the mere fact you are working with IE is an issue. Does not matter what you have on/off, that pos browser screws up everything.
Steps.
1. Code for Chrome, Safari, Firefox,
2. Code for IE.
3. Rinse and repeat.- IE = all-nighter sometimes....vaxorcist
