I've been a socom nerd since day one. I bought Xlive and rainbox 6 to try to ween myself off. It's not working. Though Xbox live is smoother and plays with a higher frame rate. they both lag and xbox only offers first person shooters which I cant get use to. Especially in a game were stealth is involve like socom.
as for the people that you play with online is a big factor also. With my PS2 I can easily find alot of guys my age on 25-35. Xbox I can only find alot of little rich kids.
I dont have bias towards either system, but I enjoy PS2 more.
