Pretty sure there's nothing about subversion specifically, but we can probably classify that as an threat, foreign or domestic. If by subversion you mean the President not living up to his oath, then there's impeachment.
Don't see where the 2nd amendment gives constitutional precedents for a militia to overthrow any legislative body of government.
