    Okay then, first thanks to all for the input.
    Second, I was reading about the artifacting.
    I used "Save for web..." using PNG-24.
    Let's see how it looks like after they uploaded it tomorrow.

    I also think that the type used in the logo, because it's not with straight lines, has some visual effect that might enhance the compression's loss of sharpness.

    I will update you guys tomorrow then.
