  they most surely have deals in the order of millions with fedex, they don't pay the same as you and me for their service, and they don't certainly pay by the single delivery. they probably pay x monthly for y amounts of deliveries. somrthing like that.
  And they surely want to impress you, because if your happy, you'll return. simple business rule.
