    If you don't classify by capacity then what are you going to use? An M-16 fires a common hunting round.

    We gonna go by looks? You can get a large clip for so many common guns, making them no different than a M-16 (with full auto disabled).

    Personally, I think there should simply be very demanding licensing for all weapons. More bullets, more classes, training, etc. Anyone that buys an Bushman should have to learn how to handle that weapon and appreciate it.

    If you want to hunt, you don't need more than a few rounds. If you want to protect your family, get a shotgun.

    Personally, I can't see how anyone can argue against that.

    (the H&K is a gun I have loved since probably 10, I have stacks of their catalogs, I have stacks of info on the MAC-10, almost bought a MAC-11 ages ago, but I could never argue the logic that I would have to take a significant amount of classes and training to purchase it)
