UK record violent crime differently than the US. Lots of distortion in trying to compare unfortunately. Even comparing UK's old and new way of recording crime is opaque.... IMO it makes using stats for greater good a little pointless when government fudge the methodology.
- 'Common Assault' is probably the big change. I've been victim of 'common assault' 7 times. The worst of those was someone hitting me with a bike chain.orrinward2
