More than what anyone has listed so far, but rarely is anything done on an hourly basis.
I try to bid projects on a 'per project basis' and not bill hourly until after the project is completed and we are doing little updates/changes (beyond original scope). This almost always works out better for everyone. No, I don't show how many hours a project took (unless it is required, ie gov't work).
Now that the economy is moving again, think it is about time to start considering raising things (been the same for 5 years now).
