  The problem with web design is content and budget.
  If you're designing a website that tells a visitor all about the services of a local business, you're using a standard CMS, and you don't have an unlimited about of programmers to code it, your design is going to look like any number of wordpress templates. If the client wants it to be responsive you're even more boxed in. And further more, if the content and VI is rubbish, you're going to end up with a little bit less of your soul than when you started.

  Online strategy is the new web design.

  Or only work for international brands where boundaries can still be pushed.

  As for print, didn't we reach the limits of what's possible 50 years ago?
