How many people are dying from second hand smoke? Get a grip man. You're grabbing at anything and everything to try to salvage your position.
Transportation is a need. People need to be transported to go to work. In most cities in America you MUST have a car in order to function.
Taking away the lives of the innocent because of the legislation of the criminals is not a wise action.
