    In reponse to whhipp:

Yes, removal of all guns is what I want. Yes, override the Constitution. Policies and laws SHOULD change, and I EXPECT them to change so that they correlate and are relevant to the present time.

You defend the 2nd Amendment like crazy. But by definition, an amendment is "a change or addition to a legal or statutory document". So the very amendment that you hold so dearly is an actual CHANGE to the Constitution. The Constitution has been amended many times before and it can (and should) evolve continuously to fit modern times.

Hell, the "3/5ths Compromise" is even in the Constitution, which states that a black man is worth 3/5th's of a white man. Do we still follow this crap?? No, we don't. It is NOT a sacred document.

    • Thats treason. So you are saying freedom is obsolete and we should become more enslaved because thats the future.yurimon
    • future.? Its not obsolete. it states a fact that happens to be law.yurimon
    • not all amendments were ratified.
the 13th is actually more of enslavement then ratifying slavery.

    • thanks for the history update CanHasQBN. And there are no uses in todays society for guns?whhipp
    • for safety? for protection of freedom? man you are living in a utopia(n) world.whhipp
    • If you're in the mindset where you need a gun to feel safe or feel free, you need therapy.orrinward2
    • ..not a gun.orrinward2
    • Gun offers no security, just some false sense of control. Certainly doesn't offer an ounce of "freedom" protectionformed
    • Indeed. Knowing everyone has access to instadeath devices would hardly make me feel free.orrinward2
