Here's a thought. If someone is deemed to be mentally unstable: take away or suspend their gun use. Fair? That covers the mental health angle AND the anti-gun angle.
LOL. Do you think everyone in America has access to healthcare and mental health assessments?? Even if we did, do you not think that a person's health could change over time from "mentally stable" to "unstable"?? Are you proposing to raise taxes in America so that every single person in this country would be able to take a mental health exam two, maybe three, times per year??
I think you belong in a mental health hospital.
