    2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300 - $4,799 looks fun enough with a top speed of 105-115mph considering digital fuel injection finally makes its way onto the little Ninja & it has optional ABS. The mpg numbers are in the high 60s or low 70s with 4.5 gallons of fuel .
