http://www.capitalbay.com/latest…This happened a block from Columbus Circle. For those who don't know, Columbus Circle is like a mall for rich people. Also, Bloomberg CNN and other companies are there, so it's a fairly nice area. The details are fairly gruesome in that article. Poor kid. What a terrible way to die.
