yes I think adjusting the colours to compensate will be the way.
The drawing is mono but on old discoloured paper, so the background is important.
for example - the red on the cheeks- I think the best way to do it would be to remove the patterning from the illustration in post, then scan a plain sheet and put that as the base.orrinward2
