This sounds suspiciously like the bullshit "welfare mom" story that reagan cooked up when he was running for office. Of course, no one has ever found person he was referring too nor any proof that it's a widespread problem. This is just another bullshit scare story the neocons trot out every election cycle. Just like the millions of cases of illegals voting in presidential elections that not one of you fucks can provide a shred of evidence in support of. All you fall back on is, "well, I know a guy that said he hear from someone that a black guy voted 4 times on the same day". Which, as long as it supports what you already believe makes it true to you.
