    That's a cute idea but I'm pretty sure it is not the IDF's fault the enemy's rockets are too crappy to do what they are designed to do.

    If I pointed a rocket at you, in order to kill you, I'm pretty sure you would be angry whether the rocket had a 100% chance of hitting you, a 10% chance, or 0.1% chance.

    No offense, but this is what people are talking about when they say, "don't overthink it"

    You try to kill someone, you might set them off. Nerding out over statistics doesn't really change that.
