just a post before i go: Email from an HR person, keep it anonymous. Not endorsing or condoning, but it is what it is...
********************************...I see a lot of +1 going on but what I am confronted with is a -14.
That's the number of employees that I am faced with cutting to pay for the full brunt of Obamacare. Another business owner that I was having lunch with said he will have to lay off about 1/3 of his current staff (that would be over 200 job losses).
I will buckle down and try to weather the next four years and hope for better at the end but many businesses either won't make it or won't bother to try because the struggle has already been too hard.
Personally I don't care WHO is POTUS as long as they ascribe to the Hippocratic oath principle of "first do no harm". I think 90+ weeks of unemployment over 8% is nothing compared to what's coming in act two.
To me and my business it's a very sad day.
