Politics begins with the self. No one will ever govern you more than yourself and that is a fact. You are at a much greater risk to your own damn self than any politician, government policy bad, terrorist or criminal will ever be to you and by your own hand, your own choices and your own free will and that is what is so fucking monumentally baffling.
Get your fat fucking sedentary lazy processed food eating asses off the couch, turn off the televisions, iPhones, iPads and iFucks, go outside and exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day; eat real, clean, organic non-manmade foods and STOP making other mother fuckers rich and in power by keeping yourselves lazy, sedentary, sick and apathetic, for the love of human kind....
