True story: The law firm marketing department I once worked in put out some ads for a campaign around "The right fit" which was a tagline we were using. One had a giant doberman positioned next to a tiny chihuahua. The gist of the ad was "the right fit / which dog is best for you" something like that.
Went to press, got printed, put in a magazine. None of us seemed to ever notice - until I did when looking at the printed version - that the doberman was a male dog and still had it's huge ballsack and hot dog sized penis, and they were right there in your face in the ad. My marketing director's jaw was on the floor that we approved that imagery. It just had this really horrible juxtaposition of big-dog-dick and sack and tiny chihuahua next to it. She wasn't pleased, and I could not stop laughing.
