    you seem pretty upset for just a screen name issue, that I'm sure can be solved with a phone call. While I seriously doubt a customer service problem is enough to make you switch to PC, let me tell you..

    If you haven't been a PC user for a while, you are in for a treat, specially on the customer service dep. Make sure what whatever you buy from now on is from Costco, and buy the warranty or you will know what customer service hell is for real.

    I just had a problem w my girl's PC and let me tell you, I thought Mac had bad customer service... WOW.

    They erased her hardrive without backing anything up, and they still charged us full price, I went trough 3 weeks of calling supervisors on the phone, NO ONE GIVES A SHIT

    I dare you.
