I find that most web agency sites are pretty shit. OK, granted they look nice but why do we have to wait ages for the damn site to load only to be blinded by science? Why can't all the important information you want (who/what/where) be accessible instantly and then any flashy crap can be loaded if people choose it to? Most of them are Flash for Flash's sake.
