I don't see a problem with voting in a church. They are not requiring you to be a member or participate in any rites of the church. So long as they're not influencing how you vote, who cares. If you are not a believer (and I am most certainly not) it's just a building and probably a centrally located building in the district which is usually why the pick the places they pick for voting stations. If you aren't strong enough in your beliefs or non-belief to the point where you can't even walk in the building, I feel bad for you (not that anyone here said it'd prevent them from voting)
