    You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submission and the consequences of posting or publishing them. By submitting the User Submissions and Designs to BlankYouVeryMuch.com, you hereby grant BlankYouVeryMuch.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Website and BlankYouVeryMuch.com’s (and its successor’s) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media now known or hereafter developed. The foregoing license granted by you is not terminated once you remove or delete a User Submission from the Website, and shall survive termination and remain the sole property of BlankYouVeryMuch.com in perpetuity.
