    I worked for Razorfish a few years back, and wanted to get transfered here as hell. But it didn't work out.

    So I went over myself, searched for places. I must have tried at about 50 companies and recruiters, but no luck.

    Then one day, by coincident, this Japanese designer who I worked with in Sweden before razor told me he needed an extra guy.

    I guess it's a lot about who you know. And a bit of luck.
