    Newer ones that came out this year. (older ones has same packaging. read carefully)
    AA Ni-MH 2500mAh
    100x times recharge at least.
    Hold charge up to 1 year.
    Might even come pre-charge, which most rechargeable battery don't. (i might be wrong on this)
    Quickest flash recycle in my experience for my Canon 580EXII speelite. I use them for DSLR battery pack as well.

    Charger:
    I have a Energizer Class 2 charger. that charges 8xAA Batteries and also 2x9v, 4xC, 4xD and 8xAAA. depends on how you place them. Powers off when fully charged.

    1.5Hrs charge time for 2xAA (2500mAh)
    3hrs for 4xAA (2500mAh)
    5hrs for 8xAA (2500mAh)
    *Even faster with lower mAh.
