    Trying to get a house in Sydney from current residence 10 hrs drive away. Every viewing costs MrsT and I $2-300 each in flights and the two places we applied for, we offered 6 months rent up front - nearly $20,000. No joy. What do we have to do?

    • @MrT I'm in the inner west (Erskineville). Round Stanmore/Marrickvill... is quite good. Close to the city but with bigger backyards. Stay away from East! Rubbish public transport system (no trains just buses). Ill keep my ears and eyes open matey...bobkat
