    First impressions of university life at Bilkent are that I have landed inTurkey's version of USC. This is where the rich kids go. Students dress very well and drive really nice cars. We're talking BMW, Mercedes and even Porsches! This is Turkey's top university but it is a private university so you don't necessarily get in by testing but by $$$. And the most incredible thing to witness is that EVERYBODY I mean EVERYONE smokes cigarettes! Unbelievable how many of these kids are smoking. I quit smoking almost two years ago and this is not helping me. :-/ Seriously though the amount of cigarettes consumed is astounding I guess Big Brother hasn't landed in Turkey yet.
