    Welp, I'm gonna open my mouth on this one, since I can't do it to anyone's face.
    #1-If you believe Jesus was born on Dec 25th, you're sadly mistaken and hopelessly unread. Open an encyclopedia. They usually carry quite a bit of insight on this. If I remember correctly, even the Catholic Encyclopaedia agrees with me.
    #2-If you're celebrating Christmas because "everyone else does it" (family and such), then you'll be a yearly hypocrite if you ever tell your kids they CAN'T do something just because everyone else is.
    #3-Can you really call it the "season of giving" when you feel PRESSURE to buy presents for others? Shouldn't it be completely out of want to do so?

    So not to tear anyone down, but for those who find it overbearing... then stop! What have you got to lose?? It's only a holiday based on Roman civilization and their celebrating Saturnalia...
