allthough i did that a lot, when traveling by plane i am still knocked over by all this tech stuff lifting off being even possible - each time - like a total blue-eyed kid. i can't understand how people just close their shades and sit a flight through like a bus ride. and i'm quite serene on the ground. there was only one terrible experience - a landing during a really violent snow storm in moscow without any difference between the runway and the icy frenzy going on in the air. for some moments i felt like norton in this fight club scene. let go, ok - thend, please no pain... but it didn't leave a mark - i'm still lulled into total naive bliss when flying.
