    Wasn't bored for a second.
    Loved it.

    ===SPOILERS===

    In a way it said so much about the emptiness and repetitiveness of the horror genre. The guys underground = uninspired directors making variations on the same old themes. Giving the "old gods" (=audience) what it thinks it needs, over and over again.
    Love that kind of self-referentialism.

    The problem for this movie is, most people don't "read" the conventions of a genre that consciously. That's why they keep on being entertained by mindless drivel, and don't get the conventions this movie is playing with.

    • I felt it was more a celebration of horror conventions, but I like your take on it - very interesting.inteliboy
