Nice one Goldieboy. Congrats on the notice. Don't be disappointed if it doesn't work out on the gardening leave though. I was GAGGING for my company to march me off the premises once they knew I was going to their main competitor. All they did though was to lock me out of the server and force me into menial labour duties for the month's notice. Almost KILLED me doing the shit they gave me but I had to do it because they were providing my new employer with a reference.
Fuckers.
