You're missing the business opportuniy behind the request. Set up a business doing graphic design portfolios to help non-designers secure jobs in design. You get paid for doing graphic design. You have clients who can't fuck you about, and real graphic designers go up in value due to the all the bogus ones flooding the market and creating chaos wheever they go.
Second business you set up is a design service for designers who aren't designers and really need you to keep their jobs. You take half their salary, knock out shit work quickly, never get a bad rep because nobody knows its you.
