Taipei is by far and I quote from Lonely Planet:
"People drive on the right side of the road here but by watching them you would never guess it.
The Taiwanese people think that the objective is to get infront of the person in front of them. There is a pot of gold for the winner at the front of the line.
The Taiwanese people do not use their headlights either becasue of the belief that headlights burn more petrol"
