Some good theories on their Facebook page. I like this one:

From the intro to Season 5, we know that Walt has survived until his 52nd birthday, but has changed his appearance and has either run off to New Hampshire or has false ID to indicate he has. This means that Hank has not grabbed him or that he has escaped. But growing your hair and a beard is not much of a disguise when you're running from your brother-in-law. Is Hank dead? I doubt it, because the rest of the DEA would know about Walt anyway. In episode 5:8, we see Walt coming out of a CAT scan, but never see the results. My feeling for a long time has been that the cancer will come back, which would be poetic justice after Walt thinks he's out. But something is driving Walt to buy that big gun.
Dean Norris said in an NPR interview that something disturbing involving baby Holly was coming. Could it be that the cartel, unhappy that Walt has quit, killed Holly to bring him back, leaving the threat that they will off Skylar and Walt Jr.? No one close to Walt has died yet, but Gilligan & Co. show no compunction about killing popular characters. It wouldn't surprise me to see Holly and/or Skylar die. Losing a family member would be worse than dying for Walt.
Or might the cartel grab Jesse and force him to cook? If so, might Walt, having been diagnosed again with terminal cancer, feel that he should rescue Jesse because of all he has done to him (allowing his girlfriend to die, tricking him with the Lily of the Valley, breaking up his new relationship, forcing him to kill Gale) and that dying in a shootout is better than wasting away?
They say in Episode 5:8 that the kids have been at Hank and Marie’s for three months, so there are about eight months left till Walt’s 52nd, which corresponds nicely to eight remaining episodes. Whatever happens, Walt will not get out alive. It's not that kind of show.
