    I've got stacey, easy peasy for simple sites without much content.
    Thinking on using skeleton now. it works as HTML or in a WP and gives you the basics. you can customise from then on... but at least you can knock something off quickly in an contemporary and (oh yeah) responsive way.

    Another option is getting a grid system... or get one of your web designer friends to do it as a work swap in exchange of whatever you do, wether it is branding o pastries.
