^ It's a lot of little things. There is always a sense Android is moving forward. It was always "soon, close, almost there". But with 4.1 it has now has equaled or surpassed iOS in many regards. And with Win Phone, there is still doubt on it's viability, but there is interest in seeing a new approach. iOS, although done very well, feels like it's stagnating, and there isn't much to get excited about any more. In truth, it's fairly mature, that's why, but that is just not interesting, that is utilitarian.

    • If a phone is just a phone, then you wouldn't care about this anyway.ETM
    • Android has surpassed iOS years ago. ICS and Jelly Bean are basically far superior OSs.monolith
    • Utilitarian is not exactly a bad thing.monospaced
    • No, it's not. But is can be unexciting, despite functional and reliable. It depends on your outlook/interests.ETM
